My home is older but cozy. You will have to share a shower but there's also another bathroom with a toilet and sink that is all yours. There's a pool, outdoor kitchen space, television in the backyard that comes in handy with the summer heat. I have two small dogs that will not bother you.
Space
The room is fully furnished, everything is new as I just remodeled it. You'll have access to every part of the house except my room. Your room is not too big but it has a queen bed, a desk and a chair.
Neighborhood overview
The neighborhood is mostly quiet, a lot of elderly walking their dogs. There are markets within walking distance but also others to drive to nearby. Access to freeway 99 is 5 minutes or less. 10-15 minutes to Community Medical center.
