The room available for rent is a rear facing bedroom in a three bedroom home. It looks over the back yard, and the green belt and hillside beyond the fence. There is an unattached full bath in the hallway, private to you except for rare occasions when the other spare bedroom might be used by a visiting family member. Microwave and apartment sized fridge provided if desired. you will have access to the community pool and hot tub....
Neighborhood overview
My house is in Palomares Hills, a lovely development in the hills just east of Castro Valley. There are walking paths, a junior Olympic sized community swimming pool and a hot tub at the Club House. It is a quiet and safe environment; neighbors are very friendly. Nearby are hiking trails, Cull Canyon and Lake Chabot for boating, fishing and hiking.
