You can expect peace and quiet in this neighborhood on the hill. We have a pool and jacuzzi, large backyard with 2 cuddly Rottweilers, BBQs to use and great views. The quest house has its own heating and air conditioning unit and is very comfortable.

We are in between the 101 and the 118/23. The nearest market is in the little town of Somis , but the Grocery stores are in Camarillo.
