We've thoughtfully refreshed the space with curated furnishings that honor the home's 1961 heritage. Outside, the private swimming pool serves as a secluded retreat framed by open desert skies. The kitchen includes all new cabinetry/appliances with new equipment. We are here often when the home is not rented, so all of amenities meet our personal expectations.

Neighborhood overview
This is one of the original Palm Desert neighborhoods with some classic MCM architecture in the middle of the city. This is a protected residential neighborhood by the city on the 27 day minimum rule. Everything from El Paseo, tennis gardens, McCallum theater etc are only minutes away by car. You can look up Sacred Heart Church as a nearby landmark to research the location.
