This is a beautiful and well laid out 1BR apartment. The apartment is one side of a duplex, our home (the owners) is the other side. The apartment has a seperate entrance, and its own small fenced in courtyard. It sits immediately across from Columbia Park, one of Portlands prettiest public parks. It is a 5 minute walk from 2 bus lines, one of which connects in 5 minutes to the Max line.

There is a Living Room and full Kitchen on the first floor. The kitchen comes with a microwave and electric stove, along with a full sized fridge, and a washer and dryer. The upstairs has a new Queen bed, and bathroom with tub and shower.
