There are two basement bedrooms currently for rent. The owner's bedroom/bathroom is on the top floor. On the main floor is the kitchen, dining room, living room, media room, and tenant bathroom. The owner travels for extended periods and during these times it's possible for one tenant to use the guest bedroom on the top floor along with the bathroom there resulting in even more privacy.
