Welcome to your quiet Mid-city oasis, a studio guest house apartment on the second floor of our ADU. You're private entrance to the upstairs studio is surrounded by mature trees, and the studio has excellent light. It is tucked behind the main house, also surrounded by mature trees to ensure quiet and privacy.

Queen bed with luxury Kingsdown mattress, closet with shelves and hanging space, bathroom with shower and Frette towels, kitchenette with fridge and freezer, toaster/air fryer, and hot plate, and TV for all your streaming pleasure. You'll have shared access to secluded hot tub and yard. Central air/heat and utilities and wifi included. Laundry service on monthly rentals TBD.
