Awesome place to live

I've loved staying here. The house is tucked away in a super quiet nice neighborhood where you always feel safe. The inside of the house is clean. The shared spots like the kitchen and bathroom are always kept tidy and clean. As for my actual bedroom, it's got plenty of space, isn't cramped at all, and came set up with all the basics I needed to move right in. The landlord is amazing - he's super helpful, easygoing, and he's great at staying in touch if anything comes up, very communicative. Plus, the housemates are awesome. Everyone works, and while they're friendly they also totally get it when you just want some solo time in your own space, so I get the quiet and personal space which I need as a young working professional. All in all, very nice room, I'm satisfied.

Awesome 3 months stay near med center & Pearland town center!

I had a wonderful long-stay experience here. Everything was exactly as described and very comfortable. The location is great close to the Houston Galleria area, with Pearland also nearby, making it easy to get around. One of my favorite highlights was the amazing walking trail right behind the houses, offering a beautiful Houston city view such a peaceful bonus. The host, Victor, was incredibly helpful, kind, and friendly, with very fast responses throughout my stay. I would definitely recommend this accommodation and would be happy to stay again.
