My neighborhood has larger lot sizes with mature trees. They are 3/4 of an acre and larger, which means much more quiet.
Holmgreen Rd is not a major thorough fare, which also means more quiet.
Commanche Park is a county park that is only 3/4 of a mile away. It is part of a green belt of hiking and biking trails that are continuous from south San Antonio to the North side. Nature's quiet is amazing!
