Our family home was lovingly restored and we would love to share it with you. You can not beat the location. 5 minutes to the med center direct bus and 2 minutes to the park. The backyard is equipped with outdoor dining and a safe place for kids to swing and play. Just across the highway is the best Mediterranean and burgers, and access to the Museum of Fine Arts, HERMANN park amphitheater, ...

3 large bedrooms on the second floor and 1 giant 3rd floor bedroom make this home feel so spacious. The first floor is a dream, with the oversized leather couch and the amazing eat in kitchen island. We have most kitchen items and other things you'll need, but as this is our home we do stay there every few months and have some of our clothes in the closets/drawers.
Neighborhood overview
Walk to the bodega Nextdoor or 3 blocks from the giant grocery store HEB. The park and playground are across the street, and access to 288 is also at the other end of the street.
