Traveling Nurse - 2 BR 1.5 BA Apartment - No Pets

Great spot

Needed a short term rental while visiting family in Kentucky, rented from David recently. He is kind and very responsive! Had a few maintenance issues when I moved in, but David was on it with any thing that needed fixed, he got it done quick. It's quiet and in a convenient location in Lexington, near a lot of shopping and restaurants. Highly recommend renting from David! It was the perfect spot for what I needed.

I have rented apartments since I was 18 and gone through a lot of places as well as outside of Kentucky even, most of them had unresponsive management or landlord support. You will not find it here, if any problems or concerns come up he is quick to get it resolved. 10/10 from me with that It's a lovely area, I go on walks and really enjoy it over here. It is far enough from Nicholasville rd so you don't have to hear that annoying traffic but close enough to do any kind of shopping you need or want to do. I have stayed here for years and moved out just to come back. It's all around just a good spot to be at and I can't express that enough.
