This nicely furnished studio is completely self-contained, with its own fully equipped kitchenette and bathroom. All utilities, including wifi, are paid by the landlord. Front yard is well cared for. There is plenty of street parking in front of the house. Although there is no washer/dryer, two laundromats are less than a mile away and several laundry services are available.
