My house is clean, comes with a furry little roommate (puppy) who is sweet and obedient and doesn't bark. Your rent would include access to your own bathroom that would only be shared if there are guests in the house. I have a spacious back yard with patio furniture, a hammock, and fire pit. The house is at the end of a dead end road, across the street from park/playground/pickleball courts and one mile to the beach.
