The 2-bed, 1.5-bath condo is just a 5-min walk to the ocean. It's filled with natural light, clean, and has a newly renovated kitchen.
There are two stories. The bedrooms and one bathroom are on the bottom floor. The living area, kitchen, and half bath are on the top floor.
I have a super loving and calm dog named Banchan. She is loved by many!
I prefer someone that does not work from home.

Your bedroom can be customized as you like.
There is a large closet. I'm going to get a double bed for the room before you arrive - it will be new and very comfy!
Currently, I have an office chair, desk, plants, and some artwork.
Your bedroom is across the hall from the bathroom.

Neighborhood overview
We're five blocks from the beach in Santa Monica! So you can stroll on the boardwalk, bike, surf, or swim.
There are great cafes, restaurants, gyms, and yoga/pilates studios in walking distance. I especially love Main St and Rose Ave in Venice.
If you like hiking, the Santa Monica and Malibu mountains are a super short drive up the coast.
