Our Fairway Gardens Stay

Our stay at Janice's Fairway Gardens apartment in Salt Lake was very enjoyable. After a last-minute cancellation left us scrambling, Janice went above and beyond to finish renovating her newly purchased apartment so we would have a comfortable place within walking distance of our sons family during our two-month stay to help them after the birth of their new baby. We truly appreciated Janice's prompt assistance and willingness to provide any extra items we needed, like the toaster oven and a few small kitchen utensils. The apartment itself was roomy and comfortable, and the quiet, safe community was fantastic. Although we didn't use the pool or BBQ area, other residents did. We had an assigned parking space & ample parking for our visitors. The location was ideal as well, with nearby shopping, affordable restaurants, the local recreation center, and beaches just 20 minutes away. We would absolutely recommend Janice as a wonderful host & her Fairway Gardens apartment!
