Kind and Responsive Host

The owner was incredibly kind and welcoming throughout my stay. She was always responsive, answered all of my questions, and was very sweet and accommodating. The property itself was quiet, and overall, I had a pleasant experience. However, one significant downside was the air conditioning situation. The thermostat is controlled remotely by the owner, and I was informed that the temperature could not be set below 75°F. This restriction was not disclosed to me prior to booking, which was disappointing, especially since my stay coincided with a Roseville heat wave with temperatures exceeding 100°F. Additionally, the unit does not have a full kitchen or stove, which is worth considering for longer stays. While I appreciated the owner's kindness and hospitality, I do think this is something prospective tenants should be aware of, particularly if staying during the summer months.
