I respect other's privacy and am a quiet person. I watch tv in the morning for 30-45 minutes and after 6:30 pm. Waiting to rent after Sept. 1st. AC/Furnace upgraded 1 year ago and hot water heater will be replaced this next year. Bathroom has all new towels, shower curtain, new toilet seat and professionally cleaned as I have rented this space before.
