Honey Pie's home (named after my friendly and well behaved cattle dog) is a 1300 sqft mid century home nestled in the Guilford Hills neighborhood, considered to be one of the best places to live in Greensboro due to its safety, peacefulness and close proximity to pretty much everything, including hospitals, shopping, trails/parks/greenways, etc.

The room comes with a comfy queen sized bed, linens, bed side tables, full sized dresser, small desk with chair, blackout curtains and lighting. The bathroom right across the hall is mostly yours (aside from occasional guests). Shared spaces include living room with Roku tv, dining area, fully equipped kitchen and backyard yard.

Considered to be one of the best neighborhoods in Greensboro, Guilford Hills is conveniently close to everything while also quiet, peaceful and safe with wide streets lined with mature oaks. Hospitals are less than 10 minutes away, while shopping, is right down the road. Also close by are the Lake Brandt trail system, the Atlantic and Yadkin Greenway and a National Historic Park.
