This property was part of one of Bozeman's best historic homes built in eighteen-ninety-two, 1892. In the mid-nineties my dad and I renovated the old two-car garage into this studio. The stained glass was salvaged from a curch in Pony Montana. My dad repaired the glass prior to instalation. I lived here as a bachelor for about a decade. Now that I have moved in with my partner and her children, I enjoy sharing this place with ...
With a full kitchen, dishwasher, queen sized bed, bathroom, large shower and wood stove this one room studio is comfortable and welcoming.
This historic Bon Ton district of Bozeman is ideally located between MSU and Downtown. Between Cooper Park and Pete's Hill. Access all the amenities from the center of town with many of Bozeman's main attractions within walking distance.
My Happy Place
I've stayed at Antoni's place multiple times. The cottage and has enough space to feel comfortable while still being cozy. Waking up with morning light shining through the lovely stained glass windows is so unique! Being a standalone building offers great privacy, rare for the location. The gardens are full of flowers, sculptures, apple trees, and raspberries. It's in the heart of the historic district, just a short walk to Cooper Park and downtown Bozeman. The property is full of historical significance, and it really feels like a space you want to leave better than you found it. Antoni has always been such an accommodating host and has a routine presence around the property. He helps maintain the historic grounds with his elderly parents, and they are all so caring & helpful. I like to contribute by shoveling snow for his parents next door before I go to work.
