I own a 3 bedroom home right the heart of Martinez. Close to everything! 3.3 miles from Doctors Hospital, 8.6 miles from Piedmont Hospital and within minutes from restaurants, grocery stores and activities. Outside areas include deck and front porch. A pet is allowed as long as they get along with my pets and are housebroken. No cats please.
