Our two-family house consists of three floors and a large basement in a Brooklyn row house in a friendly, lively neighborhood. There is also a nice cozy fenced in back yard with a large gas grill and outdoor furniture. Our daughter and her fiancee live upstairs in the third floor rental apartment. The backyard and basement are shared spaces.
