The landlord to this beautiful home is top notch. They make sure that every detail is covered or handled as needed. Very professional and accommodating. The house is wonderful and the 180 degrees view of the Kona coast from the rear lanai can't be beat. Plenty of parking for at least 4 vehicles or a boat and two vehicles. Landlord will accept pets with a deposit but asks that you are responsible owners. The neighborhood is vety quiet with only one way in and out. The neighbors are very friendly and expect quiet tenants. We rented this home for two years and loved every day of it. Oh and by the way it has 2 avocado trees along with lemon and oranges trees. Very easy commute to all Kailua Kona has to offer. The home comes fully furnished with all comfort items along with fully stocked kitchen that has all fishes, glassware, pots and pans, storage containers, sncc dc the covered Lanai is the best fining area that you could ask for. There's even a great propane grill for your pleasure.
