Quiet room in a friendly, warm home with a friendly, warm roomie

I love this house. It came with feral cats that like to lounge on the steps. It is a 2-flat, meaning that we have a downstairs neighbor, but he is a sound healer, so random gong baths are fun. Tiny front yard, tiny back yard. There is no reserved/assigned parking available, but street parking is plentiful and easy to find. This is my first house and I live here, work here, build community here.
