A cute little house on the side of a hill up a dirt road. About 5 minutes from town. Lots of greenery and a nice big deck to hang out on. A super cute house with a garage. It's about an acre of land. I try to keep it well maintained and keep it in good shape.
Space
You will have a bedroom that comes with a closet, a bed and a side table. I will eventually add a bed frame when I can. There is also a nice living space in the basement that I hardly use if you'd like extra chill room. The common areas are pretty cozy. A nice kitchen and a tv with a couch. I try to keep it nice and warm in the winter as well.
I keep the house pretty clean. I can adjust the room accordingly as needed.
Neighborhood overview
The neighborhood is pretty quite. We're on the side of a mountain, up a dirt road. There's some people nearby, but we have loads of privacy. About 5 minutes into downtown montpelier though and the train station is also really close. Not super busy, very safe.
