Brand New, Extremely Clean

This is the perfect rental. It's brand new construction, and the owners clearly care about what they are providing to tenants. They want you to feel at home here, and it shows. Home was very clean, and had everything you'd need, even a vacuum. The owners were extremely responsive, and the easiest landlords I have ever worked with. Very down to earth. I have rented many short term rentals, and most of those have been negative or so/so experiences- specifically with cleanliness. But I'd 10/10 recommend a stay here. Also, it's 5 minutes to the freeway, and you don't have to hear any freeway noise. Location makes its easy to get places quickly. Very important in Arizona.

Careful

Lesson learned: Be careful who you do business with. Lazaro approached us with a discounted rate to secure our booking for a multiple month stay, which we accepted, only to cancel for a higher-paying booking (only a week before move in) even though our deposit had already been paid. I normally wouldn't leave a negative review, but he did specifically ask me to review him when our business was done.
