Quiet and safe neighborhood that is very pedestrian and bike friendly with several trails around neighborhood. Walking distance to Trader Joes, great restaurants, pubs, mall, recreational center and a large park, which frequently hosts neighborhood events. Near bus lines, transit center and minutes from several local hospitals including OHSU. Vineyards are ~20-minute drive from house.
