Mike was super easy to communicate with and responds right away at all hours. The apartment was even better than I expected. Everything feels updated, and all of the rooms are very large. I was worried about parking on the street but it is super easy and there is always plenty of space right in front of the apartment. The neighborhood is very nice with some couples in their 30s-40s and some small families. My favorite part is probably the convenience of being near the highway and having access to everything I needed in 10 or less. You can sometimes hear some noise from the highway or off ramp but it didn't bother me.
