Our home is an older small block house on the ground in Bear Point. It is simple and cozy with area outside to relax or dine. The washer and dryer are in the little building in the front yard. We will not rent to anyone with pets or that smokes or vapes. WE ONLY ARE RENTING FOR THE WINTER MONTHS. This is not for a long term lease.
Space
The house is 2 bedroom, 1 Bath with bunkbeds. We would be willing to take down the large bunkbed and replace with a regular queen bed if that is something important to the renter.
