The available room is a main level en-suite in my four bedroom, 5 bath home. There is plenty of room for parking in the driveway and on the street. We live on a cul-de-sac in a quiet, well established neighborhood minutes from shopping, bars, and restaurants. We have a large deck that looks into our wooded backyard. Main/level owners' suite with full bathroom. The room is furnished with a vintage bedroom suit that includes a double bed, a vanity with mirror, a dresser, and a small cozy chair ( not vintage). The bathroom has a tub/shower combo. Renters have full access to the kitchen, laundry, and workout space downstairs if desired. I have an elliptical machine, a small rowing machine, lots of dumbbells, and a squatting machine.
