The best part about this home is its location. We are walking/
biking distance to downtown, the university and the hospital. To top it off, we are across the street from a beautiful, family friendly, well-maintained city park. The home itself is cute, comfortable, and spacious, with all basic amenities and needs taken care of. It is truly a gem of a place, and we are fortunate to be able to host.

The space is an attached ADU below the main house - a basement apartment. It has a small living room, a queen bed, a large closet, a mounted television, a spacious bathroom and shower, a washer and dryer, and a full eat-in kitchen with a pantry. The space is tastefully decorated and well-kept, and we are attentive hosts.
