The bedrooms for rent are right off the kitchen and adjacent to the guest bathroom, with tub and shower. The renters would be the sole users of this bathroom except when occasional guests come over. The master bedroom and ensuite bathroom are down the hall and another bedroom in the basement. The closets and bedrooms are both average size i'd say, with a queen beds, dressers, bed side tables, lamps so no need to bring any furnit...
