It's completely furnished. We have formerly used the space as an Airbnb or renting long-term to graduate students since it's close to UNLV or traveling nurses since there are nearby hospitals. We prefer something longer-term. All utilities included. Currently, my wife and I reside in the main house, but are often absent due to our extensive stays in our second home in Italy.
