This is a two-story house. The upper level is our personal residence, occupied about 50% of the time (we also live on the Big Island). The space for rent is the lower level of the home.

Space
The home features 3 bedrooms, one with a bi-fold door, and 2 full bathrooms - one inside, one outside. Air conditioning units in each of the 3 rooms keep the whole house cool with doors and windows closed, or open everything up and let the ocean breeze roll in through the living room's French doors. The spacious living room flows into a dining area and an island perfect for meals or working.

Our home is located on Ewa Beach Rd, in a classic, old-school area of Ewa Beach. It's a typical laid-back beach neighborhood - think kids playing in the road, bikes cruising by, and neighbors out walking their dogs.
The property sits on the ocean side of the street, so it's peaceful and quiet, with the gentle background sound of the waves as your soundtrack.
