The Ocean Studio is small but thoughtfully designed, with everything you need for turn-key living. It has a private bathroom and well-appointed kitchenette, including a hot/cold filtered water dispenser, microwave, hot plates, and air fryer.
Due to new county regulations, the minimum stay we can accept is 180 days.
Our ideal tenant is someone who appreciates peaceful living and mutually respectful quiet hours.
