This is a 4 bedroom house. I currently have two rooms that we are renting out, so there is a choice on which room to rent out. One has a private bathroom and it will be $1000 per month and there is one that have a shared bathroom and be $900 per month. One of the bedrooms has a walk-in closet and the other has a standard, decent sized, closet. All furniture is brand new. We are still working on getting some decorations added. We will have someone come in bi-weekly to vacuum and mop the shared areas, but the tenants will be responsible for cleaning their own room and bathroom. Neighborhood overview
This is a very nice new neighborhood. It is very safe and has an HOA that maintains the streets. We are close to hospitals, shopping, groceries, and restaurants.
