Our rental house has its own driveway and private setting while sharing 10 acres with our primary home. It is on a paved county road that is popular with cyclists. We are 6 miles south of Sandpoint, Idaho, and minutes away from both Lake Pend Oreille and the Schweitzer Mountain Ski Resort. The land is a mix of open fields, and mature forest.

The house is two story, with 4 upstairs bedrooms, and two full bathrooms, one up and one downstairs. There is a large sunroom on the main floor that provides abundant light.
