This three-bedroom apartment is simple but clean, comfortable, and welcoming. Our artist daughter Ria did the decor in a cozy, artsy, eclectic style that we hope you will love.
We have a garden box and a chair and table on the front porch. The back yard is definitely a work in progress, but there's lots of space and a table and chairs there, as well.
Space
The large, eat-in kitchen opens up to a comfortable living room. TV's are mounted in each bedroom and the living room, with Roku sticks provided for each. Longmont Nextlight provides 1 gig fiber WiFi.
There's only one bathroom, and it was built in the 1960's-functional, but definitely not modern.
