Our home has four bedrooms, two of which are used for other purposes like an office, and garage in 1,700 sq. ft. In excellent condition. Very quiet and comfy. Nice gardens. Updated kitchen and bathrooms. Our house is 80 miles from the Grand Canyon, and 30 miles from Sedona. Phoenix is 2.5 hours.
