Our apartment is an end unit with private parking spot and entry to the upstairs apartment.
This is a remodel with lots of new finishes and appliances. Great views throughout, from bedroom to the kitchen.
Downstairs is the owner's shop and office but it's a quiet space with no disturbance.

This apartment comes with it's own W/D and TV. It can be furnished if you need or left to your own creation.
One well behaved dog is allowed as well.
Neighborhood overview
Located on the west side of Steamboat in an area populated with Live/Work units. Our space is seated above the rest with an amazing view overlooking the valley and Emerald Mountain.
We also back up to Green Space with easy to access trails for you and your furry companion.
Right down the hill is a great distillery, Mythology, and just a little further is Storm Peak Brewing. Both with great drinks and food options.
