The complex is well maintained and quiet. Manager is on premises during regular work hours and quickly takes care of any complaints. There are 2 pools ( one is heated in the winter), tennis & pickle ball courts, and nice picnic areas along lake front.

The condo is 3 bedrooms and 2 baths. You will share the bathroom with a long term tenant, a pilot, who has rented this room for nearly 6 years. I'm not at the condo all the time and neither is he. You and he will share a refrigerator, in a fully set up kitchen. You will have your own covered parking spot.

Quiet complex, lakeside, with a swimming pool directly in front of my unit. There's a Dollar General across the street, and grocery store and restaurants close by
