Beautiful Furnished Room with Private Bath

This private bedroom is located in a shared residence with one female occupant. The kitchen and living room are shared, while the renter enjoys a private bedroom and bathroom. Privacy considerations may be discussed with prospective roommates. A clean, peaceful, and respectful living environment is appreciated. No pets allowed - I already have a small dog.
