We live on a busy street close to buses and restaurants, grocery stores and shops. There is a famous bookstore within walking distance, and UO and downtown are 15 minutes away by foot. The house was built in 1939 from concrete and plaster, so it is solid and quiet.

The bedroom is on the bottom level of a two level house. Lau dry and a shared bathroom are also on that floor. There is a fridge in each bedroom, and each guest is welcome to use the kitchen.
