Quiet, Comfortable Studio Apartment

Best place in DC

I've stayed at this home twice while on a long-term travel assignment at Georgetown MedStar. MF is the most gracious and respectful host, always ensuring that I'm comfortable and taking care of any needs that came up. This place absolutely became a home away from home. The house is very historic with immaculate gardens and is located in one of the most sought after neighborhoods in DC with amazing neighbors. Don't pass this place up. It's 3 houses up from the bus stop (D94 and C81) and across the street from a cute mini mart, Kung Fu Bubble Tea spot and a great Italian restaurant with lovely outside seating. There is safe street parking directly in front of the home which I never had any issues with. The Capital Crescent Trail is on the back side of this very safe and walkable neighborhood. Sibley hospital and Georgetown MedStar are both close by. If I were staying in DC I would definitely ask to continue to stay at MF's home.
