This rental unit is a pleasant, comfortable, fully furnished space that we lease out at times that our own family is not on site. We trust that our guests will respect and care for our property since our family does intend to access it whenever we don't have renters on site.

Neighborhood overview
This is a mixed neighborhood of locals and 2nd homeowners (like ourselves). The roadway is plowed during snowfall months, with regularity and our own driveway is plowed whenever there are accumulations of snow over 4". In the warmer weather months, it is a VERY popular vicinity as there is easy access to the many Public Piers along the shore of Donner Lake.
