Our 1200 square foot, two-bed, two bath home is comfortable and cozy, with views that go on for miles over Skagit Bay. The upstairs master suite includes a deep soaking tub and a balcony overlooking trees, herons, eagles and kayakers. Included are two kayaks, a paddleboard, and a lovely backyard with deck and eating area. The area is quiet and pretty and full of birds and marine wildlife.
Space
The upstairs is the main suite, with walk-in closet, five-piece bathroom and vaulted ceilings. Downstairs is a second bedroom or office, a living room, dining room, bathroom with laundry, and newly remodeled kitchen. There's a pleasant decked view backyard with several seating and dining areas.
Neighborhood overview
La Conner is a charming historic town with independent shops, a waterfront and several museums, just 1.5 hours north of Seattle. It's home to the Tulip Festival in April, and many other events. The Pull and Be Damned neighborhood is forested and on the water with views.
