This condo is very comfortable for 1 or 2 guests. It was fully remodeled in 2023 by myself ( a retired contractor) I personally do all of the cleaning and maintenance. The condo is always in tip top shape, immaculately clean and everything works and is updated. The decor is modern and overall the condo gives a cozy "I would like to live here" feel.
Neighborhood overview
This condo is located in Myrtle Beach Resort, just to the north side of Ocean Lakes Campground. It is a gated community with 24/7 security at the entrance and roaming security through out the resort. The resort is located right on the beach. During the winter months it's very peaceful. Lots of sunrises and sunsets over the Ocean and you will be staying in a condo with an unobstructed view of the Ocean/ Beach for miles.
