This is a homeshare- the landlord is an active senior woman who lives on the first floor.
The shared space includes a backyard deck and a full kitchen if needed beyond the upstairs mini kitchen (which is similar to a hotel kitchenette.) The washer and dryer are in the basement and are free to use.

Quiet home in a walkable neighborhood.
With a 10-15 minute walk you can reach two nice parks or busy Bardstown Road where you will find plenty of restaurants, bars, and shops. We are on the TARC bus line and just an 8 minute drive to the airport.
