I have a furnished patio with afternoon sunsets.
We would share the open living room, laundry, and kitchen space. A small closet is available as you enter apartment.
There is plenty space for clothing and items you may need to bring with you in the bedroom closet. Private bathroom with nice shower, no bath.
The bedroom has a 32inch smart tv with Roku, Netflix, and Amazon Prime apps.
Neighborhood overview
Great location, far enough from I-35, but close enough to shops/services down the road. Including an HEB!
New local bar/grill and kolache shop down the street, gas station.
Gruene historic district less than a mile down the road.
Local hospitals nearby, San Marcos hospital a 20-25 minute drive.
