Welcome to our house! Green Mountain trails are across the street - great for hiking/biking. Near 6th Ave and light rail stop. 4000+sqft, plenty of room. Shared kitchen/laundry. We have 2 big friendly dogs and can't take any other pets. Prefer renters who are working full-time outside of the home.
Space
Bedrooms have private bathroom for you exclusively (not ensuite). Extra office upstairs for communal guest use, also has table with microwave, mini-fridge, counter oven and water dispenser. Plus, you can use our kitchen anytime for cooking. Basement has gym, bike, ballet bar & full size sauna. All bedrooms have corner desk for workspace. No smokers or vapers, inside or out, sorry.
Neighborhood overview
Our neighborhood borders Green Mountain in Golden and has wonderful bike and hiking trails. There is a neighborhood pool, and great access to public transportation.
