We haven't had any complaints from our tenants about noise in the area. It is still an important concern of mine as the area has gotten a lot busier the last couple of years. I would prefer to have dayshift tenants if possible, although not a necessity.
Great place to stay in Puyallup area!
I stayed in Carl's tiny home for 4 months while working in the area and it is a great place and location. Private little house that feels cozy with everything you need. Carl is very nice to work with and really responsive to any issues you may have. Location is easy access to highways and everything you may need is just down the street in Puyallup. Enjoyed my time here and thank you Carl for being such a great host!
Great Place
Very cute place with a fenced in backyard. Small, but perfect for a solo traveler. Well stocked and clean. Just off the street but still feels private due to landscaping choices. Host is amazing!
Beautiful cottage
This tiny cottage is the perfect retreat, Located within 5 minutes of downtown puyallup. A short 10 miles from Tacoma and approximately 40 mins to Seattle, easy driving to Rainier and all the must visit places in Washington. Beautifully maintained one bedroom with fenced backyard, it is the perfect pet friendly getaway. I spent my 16 week travel nurse contract at the cottage with my two chihuahuas. Lynn and Carl Bock are the perfect hosts, checking in frequently and offering local information on places to visit and things to do. Highly recommended traveler friendly home, I hope to visit again.
